I've created some tutorials to help you gain some insight into how to direct your eye when teaching some of the more complex exercises within the Pilates repertoire. I explain the set up of the apparatus, describe the movement along with imagery and hands on cues and take you through a safe dismount. In 2017 I decided to enter the Pilates Anytime Next Instructor Contest and won! You can find my Mindful reformer (class 3303) and mat (class 3304) classes on Pilates Anytime. I am so excited to have had the opportunity to film for Pilates Anytime and to grow my expertise delivering my passion for Pilates across the screen to people at home.

We will troubleshoot common stumbling blocks for your client, explore how you can both anticipate these stumbling blocks and correct them as well apparatus set up and variations. I'll be including imagery ideas and hands on cues.
